We’ve just sold a property… and I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually disappointed with how painful the process has been. Why is it, in 2025, that selling a property still feels like wading through wet cement? Why aren’t all the documents submitted upfront? Why the endless timeframes? And some agents… well, let’s just say a chocolate teapot would have held up better. If this wasn’t a JV structure, I’d have kept the property — simple as that. People love to say property is “easy”. I’ll argue that with anyone. The truth is: it’s hard, it’s slow, and it demands patience. But we got it over the line.
