Last full week before Christmas 🎄 I had a great week again!!! ✅ 2 Mentorship Calls attended for Social Housing ✅ Great Face to Face Meeting with a Housing Manager for Local Charity who work closely to support the Homeless in the area. They do amazing work to transition them into Forever Homes. It’s a small charity but I like their ethos & they are going to try to help me work with the Local Council 👌 ✅ Reconnected with a large Supported Housing Provider I worked with earlier in the year. We have a call booked in for the beginning of January 👌 ✅ When I was out driving today, I found a few boarded up Commercial Properties, so going to do some research on these 👌 ✅ Got a few Councils that are willing to work with me, just need to work out if the deals will stack ✅ Had a great zoom call with another Supported Housing Provider who is looking for properties in different areas. I’ve put a potential deal over to him, which he’s very interested in, this is through a Developer i know, who is converting a mixed use building into 8 Flats. It’s now negotiating the deal, so both the Developer & Supported Housing Provider are both happy. ✅ Being more consistent with Social Media & working with Social Media professionals to streamline everything 👌 How’s everyone’s week been?
