This time last year I owned one block with four apartments. I’d just walked away from security, gone all in on property, and was slowly eating into my savings. Betting on myself and carrying the pressure quietly. I’m ending this year with forty seven tenants across multiple blocks and real momentum behind me. The money matters, but the biggest win hasn’t been financial. It’s been building a life on my own terms. Time, choice, and being present for my wife and children. This year hasn’t been about comfort or confidence. It’s been about faith, resilience, and choosing to keep moving when it would have been easier not to. Next year I’ll be opening the door for others who want to build property the real way. Honest, achievable, and without the hype. More on that soon.
