🤩 What can you do today that makes you feel the way you'd ideally like to feel? If you are struggling to think of anything, try considering the 3 P's to inspire you: 1. POSITIVE INTERACTIONS - is there someone you can connect with who you know makes you feel uplifted / heard / supported / happy? 2. POSITIVE ACTIVITIES - what kind of movement, exercise or hobbies do you enjoy? 3. POSITIVE THOUGHTS - is there a funny or treasured memory that you can think back to or something you're looking forward to that you can focus on? I assist those who have lost touch with what they enjoy or lack the motivation to pursue their passions again.
