Made use of my New Years Day to get a head start 👌 #Was hoping to attend the Traditional New Year’s Day swim, but decided against it after being ill. The sea 🌊 temperature is much colder 🥶 than normal at this time of year, only at about 7c. So instead I’ve been researching some land & commercial properties that have either, just been put up for sale or have been up for sale for a long time, hoping the land owner might be more motivated now. I’ve been watching one piece of land all year, it used to have a derelict commercial building on it, but was recently knocked down, just waiting to speak to the Agent tomorrow or early next week to get more details. The other ones, I found over Christmas when travelling around to visit different places. There’s no details yet on any of the main portals or their websites, so will try the Agents tomorrow 🤞 Also catching up on courses I needed to do 👌 How did you spend your New Year’s Day?
