Today was mine and @Rich Devenport first meeting of the year and we did it differently Inspired by some CEOs and business owners I suggested a walking meeting, our agenda was sales, marketing and priorities for the next 12 weeks, so we didn’t need a screen. Walking over 10km in Stratford whilst making plans for Refurb Calculator was the most productive meeting either of us had completed, it was energising! We obviously did finish it with a pint and pub lunch as we had to make some notes…. Of course! I’d highly recommend it if you don’t need a screen! Here’s to our plans for 2026, if we accomplish 25% of what we discussed today, the calculator is going to get bigger and better by the week
