Curious to how deal sourcers started out running. I'm trying to decide on a patch and strategy but I'm getting overwhelmed! Can anyone please give me some guidance on the simplest thing I need to do in order to establish my patch and strategy 🙏 I was thinking of doing BRRR due to my surveying experience, however, there's BRRR to HMO, BRRR to single let's, etc. So like sub-stratagies within a main strategy.
