I needed a different focus.. A very intentional switch off from work over Christmas. Being really honest, I needed it. I was feeling a bit burnt out in December, mentally drained with so much happening in the last 3 months of the year. Here's what actually happened over the break... 1️⃣ My wife Jayne was ill for the duration of Christmas and New Year - rubbish.. 2️⃣ I took the plunge with some glasses for use with work - laptop primarily.. They are taking a little getting used to - suits you sir? 3️⃣ Christmas Day spent at our usual haunt, The Combermere Arms near where we live - amazing and stress free! 4️⃣ My eldest son Elliot's Birthday on New Years Day (16 now.. Mental). Ham joints are always a favourite with all of the family around to celebrate.. 5️⃣ The darts world championships - such nostalgia and tradition attached to this on the TV over the festive period 6️⃣ One of my dogs really ill with a stomach bug - some pictures that I won't be sharing of this.. It was like a scene out of a horror movie, I'll share that much.. Back officially as of today ready to take on 2026 with some really exciting projects in the pipeline.. I hope all of my connections are set for a cracking 2026 and the festive period brought some happiness to you. It's also snowed if you hadn't been told yet? I've also put a few pounds on over Christmas too.. Have you got your sights set on some chunky objectives or this year? If they feel scary - you're on the right track! Mine is set and it feels uncomfortable.. Let's do this.. Chris - Your Results Coach.
