Hi all and Happy New Year!! Need your expertise and advice. I get mixed info. On one side people are telling now is the best time to buy. There are more seller than buyers, so you can negotiate. On the other hand, this can backfire, as it seems properties are not selling. Properties get valuated more than can be sold, so once you struggle to sell, you need to drop the price and your profits are going down and interests are eating the margins as you are not selling fast. What is you view on all of this?
