Been meaning to share an 'About Me' post here since I first joined, but over the Christmas holidays my focus was on family...and maybe a little bit on food too... 🤔🎅🏻🍴 (santa has to keep his weight up somehow!) Figured this would be a cool intro to the group - to really showcase what I do within the property sector 🚁 This video takes you on a story to the beginning where I connected with Levente Redecky (Founder of Archend Visuals), 4 years ago from a simple DM - the power of social media! 📲 What started as a simple connection turned into years of conversations, mutual support, and following each other’s work This video also acts as a behind the scenes of our first shoot together. We've since done 4+ projects for Archend and I'm sure there will be many more to come! (his review is at the end of the video) This video will also show you the work that's involved in prepping and executing a professional drone photoshoot, along with some of the legal admin work that has to be done in line with CAA UK Airspace Regulations for flying as a Professional GVC Qualified Drone Pilot. The brief for this project was to produce drone aerial photos for Archend, which would be delivered to their client Alan Cox Architects. From this, Archend would integrate their CGIs directly into our drone imagery with the purpose being clear - to support a planning application where neighbouring concerns were raised, using accurate aerial perspectives to demonstrate that the proposed development would not negatively impact the residential area 🏡. The full package with aerial capture and CGI-ready deliverables, was completed and issued in less than 24hrs allowing our client, Alan Cox Architects & the homeowner, to move forward without delay.
