2025 saw us stage everything from a property worth £110,000 - to 7 figures + 😲 Sometimes I walk into a property and think, "Oh my god, what can I do with this? I'm not sure the staging is going to be enough.' and then we finish. And I think, 'Duh! I should blommin’ know by now the difference it makes, no matter how sad the property looked empty!’ 😁 Yup. Staging an empty property for sale, NEVER fails to surprise me. It's not magic, but it sometimes kinda feels like it. And if me and my team feel like that, and we’re not looking to buy the property, imagine how potential buyers feel seeing a lacklustre property V one that’s been staged. So, please, in 2026, if you think that your property isn't worth enough to stage for sale, just know that we've had some great successes with ‘starter’ homes and it absolutely is the right thing to do. Don’t leave it to the bigger, fancier properties to get all the glory! I'm excited to see that savvy folk aren't just investing in £££ properties, but in the entry level ones too. 👍
