4 weeks out from our first event I was panicking, almost needing sectioned. Would anyone turn up? Will anyone want to exhibit? What if the venue burns down the night before? Proper intrusive thoughts and still took me a few days to recover post event. This morning I have been non-stop responding to emails from people and businesses wanting to be part of not just Birmingham. But all our events throughout the year. My friends in the industry have told me, it gets easier with each event but I was expecting this level of genuine excitement in what we are building.
