✨Title Splitting with James Lynch ✨ A great evening learning more about Title Splitting. Which combines well with Commercial Conversions & Housing Supported Living & Social Housing Providers on long term leases. I could just settle for individual properties, but why not take a risk to be able to house more vulnerable individuals at Scale, I’m not talking about 50 or 100 flats, I’m looking at between 3-12 flats which work for a lot of my Providers, some will even take up to 20. This obviously can only work for certain individuals as some individuals still need to be housed in Detached or Semi Detached Properties. Digging deeper into this topic is exciting & brings me closer to my goal which is 💯 achievable. This week was really interesting, learning about Linked Transactions & how they could save a lot of money on SDLT. The Deal Hunting begins for Unbroken Blocks of Flats 👌 Up until now, I was never interested in keeping apartments, my exit was always sell, but reflecting over the Christmas & New Year period, I realised that I potentially was leaving a lot of money on the table & could achieve my goals much quicker with this Strategy. With 💯 focus going into 2026, knowing that building more long term relationships with Providers, as well as looking for both Commercial/Mixed Use Buildings + Unbroken Blocks of Flats is my only focus moving forwards.
