Hi everyone 👋 I wanted to properly introduce a new project Fran and I have just launched: The Property Journey. Over the last few years we’ve been building experience in UK property — sourcing, refurbishing, financing and learning the reality behind the numbers. Recently, we made a big decision: to go all-in. The Property Journey documents that commitment in real time. It brings together: • FAA Property – our property business (buying, refurbishing, flipping and selective BRR) • Property Assistant – the deal-analysis and sourcing platform we’ve built to run the business The aim is simple (but not easy): • Replace income with property • Build long-term wealth • Share the wins, mistakes and numbers openly We’re documenting everything through short updates, refurb challenges, deal breakdowns and honest reflections — not polished guru content, just real projects and real decisions.
