Hi I am Andrew and along with Fran we are taking a leap. For the last three years, property has been part of our lives — sourcing deals, refurbishing houses, navigating finance, learning the hard way, and slowly building experience. But recently, we made a big decision. Andrew stepped away from a long, stable Software Engineering career, and together we decided to go all-in on property. No side income. No safety net. Property now has to provide both our income and our future. We’re starting this next chapter with: Our own money invested Real project experience Two businesses working together: FAA Property and Property Assistant And a simple question: Can we build a sustainable property business that generates income now and long-term wealth over time? That’s what The Property Journey is. We’re documenting everything — the deals, the refurb challenges, the numbers, the wins, the mistakes, and the lessons — openly and honestly. This isn’t polished success or overnight results. It’s a real couple in their 50s putting everything on the line to change their future.
