"Bona vacantia" assets are already public information...so why does no one see them? Because the data exists in two separate public registers: 1.) Companies House: Shows the company is dissolved. 2.) HM Land Registry: Shows the title holder. To find a BV property, you must cross-reference the two....and most people never do. It’s not secret. It’s just disconnected. That’s the gap where opportunities hide. And why 99% of the property industry never knows they exist. Anyone else ever tried cross-referencing the two registers?
