Great night at our local property networking group yesterday- Bay Property Network. The vibe and atmosphere was amazing. It so not a 'selling' network but the genuine support the members offer each other is so uplifting. We had a call with a young, first time investor from the group this morning as he had shared with the group he was struggling to find deals. We have signed him up to our sourcing and analysing application - Property Assistant and have said we will support him using this app to secure his first deal. Happy to view with him and show him how to set up his schedule of work and costings. We also get help from the other members.
