Most people think everyone else in property is competition They are wrong The person you lose a deal to today might fund your deal next year Or buy a site off you Or introduce you to the planner or investor that changes everything Property rewards people who share information and relationships Not people who hide them Trying to win everything on your own is exhausting And it usually backfires The biggest opportunities I have seen came through conversations Not bidding wars Strong networks create deal flow Isolation quietly kills it Have you ever lost a deal that later turned into something better
