Hi everyone, I’m Ronnie Bhathal and I work alongside my wife Emma. Together, we are property investors and developers operating across BTLs, HMOs, Serviced Accommodation, MUFBs, Commercial Properties and Mixed-Use Developments, which we own and self-manage, with experience spanning acquisitions, refurbishments, development, planning-led projects and asset management. Much of our work focuses on problem-solving properties, structuring deals properly and working with the right people to execute them well.
