Quick distinction I’ve noticed people often mix up: 1.) Unclaimed estates (intestate death, no will/heirs): Personal assets pass to the Crown via bona vacantia. These get publicly advertised for heirs to claim. 2.) Bona vacantia from dissolved companies: Corporate assets like land, buildings, commercial units that are rarely advertised. No heir hunt....just a quiet transfer to the Crown. The company version is the one investors can actually pursue....and it’s far far less known. Thoughts?
