I think our time has come! Here at BCC we are in our 5th year of trading and the idea behind the business was to offer 50 years of new build experience to SME's who just do not have the capacity to have full-time Land, Technical, Surveying or Buying departments. We have had an amazing time working for excellent client's including Southcott Homes, Merlin Homes and our new partnership and first development for Matt Whittaker at Warmstone Homes. We have also had great success on the Planning side with my fellow Director Claire Cavalho who has achieved planning for developments within the South Downs (no mean feat) to obtaining Planning for over a 100m of sea defence and infilling of the old Hovercraft slipway in Woolston for Merlin Quay she is extremely knowledgeable. She is always happy to have a chat and offer sound advice. We know only to well just how difficult developing has become and I do not believe it will get any easier anytime soon but we are confident our services are a huge asset to any developer and at present we are looking to grow BCC and therefore have capacity to partner with a few new client's.
