Everything is progressing really well on site in Liverpool. Two plots have now had their scaffolding stripped, with interiors underway, and there are still plenty of timber frames to be installed over the coming weeks. It’s impressive how quickly these plots have come together, especially considering we only started on site towards the end of 2025. All plots have been constructed using our SupaHome system, delivering excellent thermal performance with: - External walls: U-value of 0.11 W/m²K - Roof: U-value of 0.12 W/m²K This high-performing fabric means these homes require minimal renewable energy, such as solar heating or solar PV, to achieve outstanding overall efficiency.
