Good morning all, have a Netweaving event this morning followed by 121s then a business meeting. Great day in store. At last nights network meeting we held ( every 2nd Monday evening of the month) I accentuated the importance of networking, BUT how important the 121 follow ups are, better relationships are formed in these 121s.
