Something interesting I’ve been noticing recently is how much earlier staging for sale is being considered 😀 I know we’re past the halfway point of February. But normally, January is full of conversations that don’t turn into action until much later. This year felt different. Properties were being staged sooner, some selling quickly, others coming off the market after exchange and that shift matters! 🙌 More developers and investors are recognising that presentation isn’t something to fix later. It plays a role in protecting asking price, attracting the right buyer, and reducing time on the market. Staging for sale isn’t about making things look pretty. It’s about positioning a property properly in a competitive market. Is staging something you build into your strategy from the start, or something you only revisit if a property isn’t performing? I’d love to know 👇
