The agent has finally managed to get clarity on the leased heat pump and solar panels, which have been a sticking point and one of the key reasons this property has fallen through so many times over the past two years. After pushing for proper answers, we’ve now been told the company has agreed the system can be removed. We’re currently waiting on final figures from the vendor, but it’s a significant step forward. This property has had a long journey on the market and clearly hasn’t been straightforward. It’s a reminder that it’s often the finer details — not the bricks and mortar — that cause transactions to collapse. Persistence and due diligence are everything in this business.
