Why do some founders generate significant revenue yet struggle with capital retention, while others appear to convert visibility, voice and positioning into sustained long-term wealth? And why do capability and intelligence not always translate into commercial stability? Firstly, a sincere thank you to Chris Hill for our recent MWM session. Listening to Chris dissect business challenges genuinely reminded me of Daniel Priestley’s structured way of thinking – clear frameworks, sharp targeting and the ability to identify the real commercial constraint rather than the obvious surface issue. For one of our mentees in particular, the way he reframed the market positioning challenge was both practical and commercially intelligent. It was also great to see our Property Developers Surgery sessions in motion again, where experienced developers openly pressure-test deals, assumptions and strategies. Those conversations matter because they prevent expensive mistakes. On a separate but equally encouraging note, our latest post arrived featuring Michelle Cairns, Shane Traynor and Chris Tremlett in Bluebricks Magazine, and it is always encouraging to see developers being recognised publicly for the regeneration work they are delivering. Behind the strategy and execution, we are also sharpening ourselves. 越來越好. We are getting better and better as we refresh our knowledge of the 81 number combinations under Jingbo and his team of newly qualified teachers across Asia and Europe. The framework examines number patterns, missing numbers and name structures, and how these may influence behavioural tendencies, communication strengths, recurring financial patterns and relational dynamics. Entrepreneurs often ask why certain cycles repeat despite effort and strategy. Sometimes it is purely structural. Sometimes there are deeper patterns at play. If there is sufficient interest, I am securing 20 committed individuals for an advanced class locally to explore this further. If this resonates, comment below or send me a direct message.
