There are only 17 working days before the 2026 Business Rates Revaluation comes into effect. This new list is more complex than ever before with a number of new multipliers for retail/Hospitality/Leisure premises and other reliefs in play. Bills for the financial year 26/27 will start to land late Feb or early March and we know following the publication of the draft list back in November that values in general are set to rise.
