Hi everyone, I’ve been on UK Homes Network for a while but thought it was about time I reintroduced myself. I’m Milesh Lakhani. I’m involved in property investment and small developments, mainly HMOs, buy-to-lets and value-add projects where planning, refurbishment or change of use can create additional value. Alongside my own projects, I also work with a small number of investors and developers each year, helping them analyse deals, structure projects and move their property businesses forward.
