International Women's Day 🌸 Today I want to recognise the incredible women who lift others up — often quietly, and sometimes at great personal cost. The women building careers while raising families. The women navigating mom guilt while still showing up for their teams, businesses, and communities. The women who pause their careers for maternity leave and return to find their roles, status, or opportunities have shifted. The women who carry invisible pain — the loss of a child, infertility struggles, or the grief of losing a sister or close friend — yet still find the strength to support others. And the female entrepreneurs who take risks, create opportunities, and inspire the next generation of women to believe they can build something meaningful. Behind many successful women is often another woman offering encouragement, wisdom, or simply saying: “You can do this.” Here’s to the women who lead, nurture, create, rebuild, and support — often all at the same time.
