I’ve heard from a couple of sources today that social housing, is a bubble and it’s about to burst. Councils are cutting back because it’s not financially viable and lenders are reluctant to get involved in these deals. This is not a statement, more of a question to hear your experiences and predictions. What do you think? Is it sustainable?
