“You’ve got to get people on emotion first. That’s why staging works.” 🙌 It’s something I say a lot when I’m talking about staging for sale. Developers and investors often focus on the logical side of a property. The numbers. The comparables. The yield. But buyers don’t start there. When someone walks into a property, their reaction is almost instant. They’re asking themselves things like: Can I see myself living here? Does this space feel welcoming? Does it feel like home? That emotional reaction happens before they’ve even started analysing the details. And that’s exactly why staging works! My job is to help create that emotional connection so buyers can understand how the space works and imagine their life there 😊 Because once someone feels it, the logical side of the decision becomes much easier. Out of curiosity… have you ever noticed how quickly buyers make up their minds when they walk into a property 🤔
