First sound bath experience… and wow! Last night I tried something completely new, a breathwork, meditation and sound bath session, and it was simply amazing. We started with guided breathwork, using conscious, controlled breathing to reconnect the mind and body. It’s incredible how something so simple can shift you from that constant “fight or flight” mode into a calmer, more relaxed state. Then we moved into guided meditation, allowing the mind to slow down before finishing with a beautiful series of sound baths. The experience felt like waves of calm and serenity, washing away the mental noise and creating a real sense of clarity and deep relaxation. In a world where life, work and opportunities can feel busy and loud, taking time to pause, breathe and reset is powerful. This, alongside my cold water barrel dips, might just become a new part of my wellbeing routine. Sometimes the best investment we can make… is looking after our own health and energy 🫶🏻
