Thanks to @Chris and @Rob Peters for tonight’s webinar. Some really clear advice from Rob, and how to look and structure a deal particularly on the way a lender/broker see it. I think we can all get carried away seeing it from our perspective and making the numbers stack for what we are prepared to offer but does the lender see it this way? A lot taken away from tonights webinar and some rethinking too. Thank you.
