Hi all, Thought I’d introduce myself as I’ve recently joined the group. I work with commercial property owners and investors, helping reduce energy costs across portfolios — everything from standard electricity/gas contracts through to on-site generation like solar where it makes sense. Given how big a cost energy has become for a lot of assets (especially multi-let, industrial and hospitality), I’m always happy to have a look at things or point people in the right direction if useful — even if it’s just understanding when contracts are up for renewal.
