Tammy Hart is joining us in Manchester! I’m really pleased to announce that Tammy Hart, co-founder of Brick & Beam, will be joining our Property Development Panel at UK Homes Network LIVE Manchester. Tammy brings a really honest and grounded perspective to property. She has worked across refurbishments, HMOs, listed buildings and supported housing, and what I particularly like is that she speaks openly about the reality of building in this industry. Not just the wins, but the lessons, the chaos, the systems you need, and how to build something that is actually sustainable for the long term. This panel is all about hearing from people who are properly in it. People with experience, perspective and something worth saying about where property development is heading.
