Great finish, layout and proportions. But it needed warmth and character to help buyers visualise the space. Just because your property is spacious, that doesnât mean itâll sell. We love this case study because the couple who ended up buying the property, saw it online when it was empty and unstaged, couldnât imagine how to live there, and disregarded a viewing. A few months later, it popped back on the market, staged by us đĄ they booked a viewing and 2 months later they had exchanged, completed and had moved in.
