And still walk away unsure. Because the real issue isn’t access… It’s knowing who’s actually competent. Too many people are great at talking. Not enough are great at delivering. And the tricky part? A lot of people genuinely believe they’re better than they are. There’s a real lack of self-awareness… which makes it even harder to judge. And when you add in the fact that some prioritise the pay cheque over the outcome… It’s no wonder people are getting it wrong.
