There are moments in property where things just seem to fall into place… I’ve got a viewing this Saturday that I’m really looking forward to. I’ve already had a quick look at the front, and I know the driveway will need completely redoing — something I had already factored into the plans. What happened next was quite remarkable. The very company I had in mind for the work happened to stop outside a property I’m currently working on. They were asking after the resident, Mrs S — and when I said she still lived there, they were genuinely pleased. They’d actually installed her drive over 30 years ago. We got chatting, and before I knew it, we’d arranged for them to meet me at the viewing this Saturday. Out of all the places, at just the right time… it’s hard not to feel this one is meant to be. Quietly optimistic about this project — and looking forward to seeing where it leads. #excitingviewing #paving
