Really pleased to announce that Ben Beadle will be joining us as a panelist at UK Homes Network LIVE Manchester. Ben is the Chief Executive of the National Residential Landlords Association, the membership body representing more than 110,000 landlords across England and Wales, so having him involved in our Landlords Panel is a big moment for the event. What I like about this panel already is that it is bringing together people with real experience of the sector, not people talking about it from a distance. Ben has been a landlord for 20 years, has held senior roles across housing, and is someone many people in the industry will already know through the work he does in the media and across the wider private rented sector. That kind of perspective is important, especially now. There is so much change, so much noise and so much uncertainty around landlords and the future of the private rented sector, so having someone like Ben on stage will add real substance to the conversation. Manchester is going to be a brilliant evening and I’m looking forward to sharing more of the line-up very soon.
