There’s one thing all members and early pilot testers of the club have in common. They wanted an edge. They wanted something that’s outside the conventional channels that would give them a real advantage in a competitive market. Does it still require work? Yes. Does it still require persistence? Yes. Are there frequent dead-ends? Yes. The ones who do succeed are securing properties the rest of the industry doesn’t know how to acquire in the first place. A passive acquisition channel with lower competition, and higher upside potential. You know about it now because I’ve been showing you. You’ve been reading my posts.
