I'm really sad 😔 My business has been targeted. I've heard a lot about this recently but kind of shrugged it off as a scam that happens to other people - It won't happen to me. And yet, after one of our members gave us a 5 star review, minutes later a flurry of negative reviews came in to our company google page. These people are not genuine users of our platform and I am still awaiting the ransom email coming in. It's hard enough building a business in this climate but to be hit just where it hurts - our customer reviews, it feels proper depressing. Please stay vigilant and make sure you report any false reviews to Google
