There are two different types of bona vacantia assets: 1. Assets from deceased persons 2. Assets from dissolved companies Properties that become bona vacantia from deceased persons are publicly listed. The Bona Vacantia Division publishes them on the official Bona Vacantia List, which is openly available to anyone…including heir hunters, solicitors, family members, and anyone interested. Properties that become bona vacantia from dissolved companies, are not publicly listed. So how do you find properties that were owned by a dissolved company? If you ask AI, you’ll likely be sent on a wild goose chase. There is no straightforward way to do this manually. Even when you manage to develop a method, you’ll often spend days or weeks of effort just to surface a handful of properties, and you’ll still hit plenty of dead ends. I’ve created a system that surfaces these properties by cross-referencing three public databases. That’s great, but how do you actually acquire them? I’ve also built the tools and guides to help you successfully acquire these assets. You can continue going on wild goose chases and wasting time searching manually…or you can follow the clear map I’ve created. Just drop a comment or send me a DM. I’d be happy to share more.
