Two North London developments now progressing using Amvic ICF Insulated Concrete Formwork. Between them they represent just shy of 30,000m² of ICF wall construction. One is the redevelopment of Bernard Works in Tottenham, delivering 99 apartments alongside commercial space. The second is a residential townhouse scheme nearby that has recently moved into early construction. Interestingly, I haven’t specifically targeted apartment projects, yet more and more multi-residential schemes are appearing in the pipeline. Developers are clearly looking for ways to build faster, reduce labour risk and deliver highly insulated buildings with very low energy demand.
