We’re pleased to confirm that @Timothy Witt will be joining our Property Development Panel at UK Homes Network LIVE Manchester. Tim is a property developer, investor and project manager with more than 21 years of experience across the construction and property industry. Holding a degree in Construction Management & Economics, Tim has delivered hundreds of development projects ranging from £30,000 to £118 million, spanning everything from large-scale new builds through to high-value SME conversions. He brings particularly strong experience in commercial-to-residential development, with a focus on creating high-end accommodation through value-add strategies including BDRR and co-living schemes. What makes Tim’s involvement especially fitting for Manchester is his connection to the venue itself. Tim was the Project Manager and Development Manager for Vita Student Circle Square Buildings 10 and 11, the first buildings delivered on the Circle Square site, where UK Homes Network LIVE Manchester is being held. Those buildings comprised 716 studio apartments and played an important role in shaping what is now one of Manchester’s most recognisable mixed-use destinations. Today, Tim co-leads a high-performing property business, delivering and managing multi-let investments for private clients, while continuing to grow his own portfolio and speak on the investor circuit.That makes him a brilliant addition to our Property Development Panel.
