But when I actually stop and reflect, I realise how much growth has happened along the way. From learning the basics, to understanding deals, to building our own company… it hasn’t just been about property, it’s been about mindset, knowledge, and the people we’ve connected with along the journey. Every meeting, every conversation, every networking event has added something. Whether it’s a new idea, a new contact, or just a different way of thinking. The biggest shift? Realising you don’t have to do it alone. The right people around you, sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and growing together… that’s where the real power is. Still learning. Still building.
