Below market value deals are real - I recently bought one at almost half price. They’re just rarely obvious. In this case the property was listed incorrectly and a lot of buyers overlooked it because it was a retirement apartment. After checking the legal pack and comparable sales, the numbers suggested it was worth significantly more than the asking price. That’s the kind of due diligence that can turn a standard listing into a very strong deal.
