Ten days to go. That always sharpens things up. You go from “we’ve got time” to “right, this is happening.” That’s usually when I start thinking less about logistics and more about the feeling of the night. What the first twenty minutes will feel like. Whether the room settles quickly. Whether the venue comes to life the way I think it will. I want people to leave saying that was worth it. That’s the bit I care about. Manchester has the potential to be one of those nights people talk about afterwards.
