One week to go. That feels mad to write. At this stage, the thing I’m most excited about is seeing all the different pieces come together in one place. The conversations that will happen before and after people step on stage. The feeling when the venue fills up and it all clicks into place. The moment's you work for when you build events. You can’t fake it. You can only set the stage and hope the room does the rest.
