First post, I should have stated using this platform ages ago, so I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself… I’m a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and Director of Great North Building Consultancy, where I help homeowners, buyers, and property professionals understand buildings, identify defects, and make confident decisions. I'm based in the North East of England, in South Shields, which is near Newcastle Upon Tyne. Alongside this, I’m an active property investor through Great North Homes, focused on building a sustainable portfolio and long-term income.
