Non Designated Heritage Assets - Love this status or hate this status? Although not listed buildings NDA status can allow the council to add planning discharge conditions to a site prior to construction where a building is of historical significance to the area. In the case of Pye House of Morecambe NDA status comes with a videography report to be submitted to Lancashire County Council as part of planning discharge conditions. Not sure who will ever look back at it once filed but another one of those privileges we endure as developers. #NDA #Planning #dischargeconditions
